How To Place An Order
- If you are interested in ordering a one-of-a-kind custom piece of
furniture from Don, call us at 706-754-4318 or email us at info@tallulahpoint.com
.
- Talk to Don. Tell him what you want, what you
are interested in. Normally he likes to come to the place where the
furniture or work will go so that he can have an idea of what you are talking
about. If this is not feasible, send pictures.
- Give him a general idea of what you are looking for, then
the best thing to do is to give him the artistic freedom to create something
just for you. If you like his style, then most likely you will
like what he creates for you. If for some reason you don't, you are not
obligated to the piece.
- Give us a 50% downpayment once the design is decided
upon. The balance will be due when the piece is delievered or installed.
- Wait patiently while Don works on your piece, knowing
that he is giving it his complete attention and care. Count
on it taking at least 4-6 weeks. We'll let
you know if it will be longer.
- Don delievers for free within a 2 hour radius of
Tallulah Falls, which includes Atlanta and Asheville, NC. Outside of that
area, furniture can be shipped or you may
elect to pick it up yourself. If you elect to have the piece shipped to
you, please know that we use a professional packer in order
to insure that your piece arrives in top shape. An estimate
of the shipping cost will be given to
you. Keep in mind that shipping furniture can be expensive due to the weight of the
piece and the time involved packing. Usually a specail crate will be
built. which adds to the cost. Normally furniture is shipped by overland freight.
